2023.06.28Notice Regarding the Wearing of Masks at Concerts

Under the repeal of the "Basic Policy on Countermeasures to Prevent New Coronavirus Infections" on May 8, we are pleased to announce that the guidelines regarding wearing masks for the current Concert Tour 2023 "ALL BEST 2" tour will be eased.

Our first priority is the safety of all visitors, performers, and related staff, and we welcome you to the event. Please read and understand the following requests and precautions before coming to the concert.

Any changes will be announced on the official website.
Please be sure to check before coming to the concert.

We ask for your continued understanding and cooperation for the safety and security of all concertgoers.

<Requests and precautions for all visitors>

◆As of July 1, the ban on wearing masks when singing or cheering during performances will be lifted.
However, we ask that you please be considerate of the audience around you and continue to cooperate with our infection control measures by wearing a mask when you are loudly or continuously cheering, depending on the situation.

◆Please refrain from coming to the concert if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher or feel unwell on the performance day.

◆Seating (no standing rule) will be removed, and standing will be permitted.
Please be considerate of other people and refrain from extending out of your seat into the aisles or other areas.
Wheelchair users may find it difficult to see the stage depending on the surrounding conditions.
Therefore, please understand the situation in advance.

◆Please refrain from waiting for a performer to enter or leave the station, hotel, or venue.

◆We will resume accepting gifts, letters, congratulatory flowers, etc.
Please leave fan letters and gifts in the gift boxes located in the lobby instead of handing them directly to the staff.

◆Wash hands and sanitize hands frequently.

◆Please maintain an appropriate distance from other people in the concert auditorium and lobby and cooperate with coughing etiquette.

◆Please refrain from coming to the concert if you have tested positive for the new coronavirus infection or have had close contact with someone who tested positive for the virus.

◆No refunds will be made due to illness or other customer reasons.

◆Those who do not cooperate with the above "Requests" or do not follow the instructions of the organizers or venue staff, or those who the organizer deems to be a hindrance to safety, will be asked to leave the venue.
In such cases, ticket prices, transportation fees, etc., will not be refunded.
